"Warranty used to feel a bit clearer"
I bought a pair of sunglasses from Meller and ended up having to look into the warranty after a small issue came up. The warranty is there, but it took more digging than I expected to figure out what’s covered and what isn’t.

I feel like this kind of thing used to be a bit more straightforward with them. Support did get back to me, just not very quickly, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall, but it could definitely be simpler and clearer

I, uh, checked a few different colors and most of them were actually available, which was a nice surprise. I ordered the pair I wanted without having to wait around or sign up for back-in-stock emails. Simple and no hassle.

I ordered from mellerbrand.com something about the product just felt off when it arrived. The packaging and little details didn’t really match what I was expecting, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that it might not be authentic. I tried reaching out to customer support, but it felt like I was getting the usual automated runaround instead of a real answer, which made it even more frustrating. Maybe other people had a better experience, but I wouldn’t buy from them again

"Solid pair of sunglasses"
Got these sunglasses last week. First thing I noticed, they actually feel sturdy. Not that flimsy, cheap plastic feel I’ve had with other pairs. Wore them a few times already, and they sit comfortably too. So far, they seem like they’ll hold up well.

I ordered from mellerbrand.com and while the tracking technically worked, it was frustrating to follow. For a few days it kept showing the exact same status, so I had no idea if my package was actually moving or stuck somewhere. I ended up feeling like I needed to escalate the issue just to get some clarity, which shouldn’t really be necessary for a basic tracking update. The order did arrive in the end, so that’s a plus, but the tracking information could definitely be clearer and updated more often. Overall, not terrible, just a very average experience.

I tried to return my order, the whole process ended up being way more frustrating than I expected. I figured it would be a simple thing, like fill out a form, send the item back, and wait for the refund, but that was definitely not how it went. The instructions weren’t very clear, the replies from customer service took forever, and I kept feeling like I had to chase them just to figure out what I was supposed to do next. At this point, I still haven’t gotten my refund, which is the most annoying part of all. I don’t usually make a big deal out of returns, but this was such a hassle that I really don’t see myself ordering from them again

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but I’m happy with these glasses. The price felt fair, and they actually feel a bit nicer than I thought they would. They’re not super high-end or anything, but for the money, they’re a solid buy. I’d feel comfortable recommending them if you’re looking for good value.

It’s easy enough to use, so I can’t really complain too much. The menus do load kind of slow though, which gets annoying after a while. I’m always a little skeptical when companies make everything sound super smooth and effortless, because in real use there’s usually something like this.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses from Meller and the delivery went fine, no real complaints there. The shape matched the photos well, but the color wasn’t quite what I expected. Online they looked like a warmer brown, but in person they’re darker and a little flat-looking. I’ll still wear them, but for the price I was hoping the color would be a bit more accurate.

I ordered from Meller when they had a discount running, it felt like a good deal. The promo code actually worked at checkout, which is always a relief because sometimes those codes act like they’ve never met the website before. The final price came out way better than the regular one, so I was happy with that. No weird extra charges or hidden surprises either. Shipping wasn’t lightning fast or anything, but it was fine. I think my package arrived around the time I had already forgotten what day it was, which happens to me way too often. Anyway, I’d probably buy from them again, but most likely when there’s another sale going on.
